After having examined a fundamental analysis of Luxembourg's historical economic growth and its projections Mr. Pink has taken a decision to invest in some newly built residential properties. A real estate agency has approached a wide range of targets for potential acquisition. Among the targets was a group of four apartments in an upscale neighborhood of Luxembourg, which Mr. Pink  has decided to acquire. Mr. Pink was also advised to streamline the cash-flow generated from rent of these apartments to allow future acquisitions of other asset classes. For this purpose V&P Accountants has set-up a "Pink Holding sarl" for the purchase of apartments and provided a legal address. After the set-up V&P Accountants has also introduced Mr. Pink's project to a Bank while V&P Advisory developed a 5-year business plan reflecting the vision and the strategy of Mr. Pink.
